I’m originally from Minnesota but now call Cheyenne, Wyoming, home. As a proud military spouse and mama to one sweet little girl (and one beloved fur baby), my life is full of adventure, love, and creativity.

How It All Began

Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and I’m incredibly grateful to have turned that passion into a career. Capturing life’s most meaningful moments—whether it’s the quiet anticipation of motherhood, the early days of a newborn, or the joyful connection of families—is what truly inspires me.

My journey began during nights and weekends, photographing families, newborns, and maternity sessions—often just for the joy of it—while immersing myself in every photography course I could find. I knew I wanted to spend more time behind the camera, telling stories that matter.

My Background in Pediatric Nursing

Before becoming a mother myself, I worked as a pediatric nurse—an experience that deeply shaped the way I see family, childhood, and the beauty in everyday moments.
Having worked closely with children and families from all walks of life, I’m deeply attuned to the stages of childhood and know how to meet kids where they are—whether it’s play-based interaction, sensory sensitivities, or shy little personalities. That understanding continues to guide my approach behind the lens, creating an environment where little ones can feel safe, seen, and celebrated.

Beyond the Camera

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me crafting, hiking, fishing, or exploring the outdoors with my family. I find so much inspiration in nature and the simple, meaningful moments of daily life.
